In 2019, VSG and Jinan Jianjun Technology Co., Ltd., an important strategic partner of Jinan, formally established a joint venture company-Visker Electric (Shandong) Co., Ltd. in the Sino-German Industrial Park of Tianqiao New Material Industrial Park, Jinan, China. Visker's professional and high-quality "environmental protection and energy saving" products build a brand-new new energy and inverter business.
The Sino-German Industrial Park is a provincial-level characteristic intelligent manufacturing town in Shandong. The industrial park uses high-end equipment manufacturing, precision instruments, electronic information, new materials and other leading industries to create a first-class intelligent manufacturing base in Jinan. It was selected as one of Jinan's 2018-2019 municipal key projects; entered the list of Jinan's key foreign investment projects; and was rated as a "typical project for conversion of new and old kinetic energy" by provincial media. It is precisely because of China-Germany's good business environment and superior geographical conditions that companies finally choose to settle in.
On the morning of June 18, 2019, Wisker was invited to participate in the grand launching ceremony of the third phase of the Sino-German Industrial Park. Tianqiao District Committee Secretary Liu Chenghua, District Committee Deputy Secretary and District Mayor Dou Hu, Jinan New Material Industrial Park Management Committee Zhao Xinsheng, Zhongnan High-Tech Industry Group President Cong Xuefeng, Zhongnan High-Tech Shandong Company General Manager Li Yibo and others attended the event. Nearly 300 people from all walks of life in Jinan society and park entrepreneurs witnessed the launching ceremony.
At this launching ceremony, Visker Electric was named a new kinetic energy leader in the conversion strategy of new and old kinetic energy. Ms. Cao Yu, deputy general manager of Wesk, delivered a speech as the only corporate representative of the industrial park. In her speech, she expressed her gratitude to the leaders of the district government and Zhongnan Hi-Tech for their strong support for our company’s settlement, and expressed to the leaders and entrepreneurs that Wesk will continue to serve the old and new. The kinetic energy conversion strategy adds more bricks and tiles! At the end of the ceremony, the sales director of Wesk said in an interview with the media that Wesk will continue to contribute to the creation of the world's industrial green energy era!
